doctor, something matters in my head

In the first part, upon agreement of the Medical Council, I publish three clinical cases in which overuse of tests and hospital beds reveals to be detrimental (unwisely prescribed therapy also is).
In the second part, I make proposals for clinical studies addressing ceftriaxon (over)use, CT and MRI head double use and EEG (over) use. I currently have contact with a hospital for it.
In the third part, I take the position of the insurer. i deplore the lack of epidemiological data guiding the clinician in his ability for appropriate diagnosis. I also deplore the lack of protection for the whistle blower. I report on aknowledged good and bad characteristics of the Belgian Health Care system . I finally state that not only in curative medicine, but also in preventive medicine non sense activities are detectable. 
In the final part, I let the philosopher, psychologist and sociologist talk. I redefine disease in its micro, meso and macro level and give examples. I further explore motives of spillage and point hereby at curative glow and sociological dilution. I propose "bottom up" measures as detected as possible from the working field. I think it deserves a political choice.
