This poetry book is a chaotic mix of my life experiences. It is about grief, eating disorders, abuse, depression, addiction. About the depths of breaking, struggles of healing and the beauty of living. I hope that the words that are written down on these pages give you whatever you need. Whether it is courage to let someone in when you are breaking inside, the strength to take another step in your healing journey or to have a reminder of why it is a gift to be living. They are here.
